LMNT is mostly salt which is such a cheap form of electrolytes that you could just add some salt to your food and be fine if you feel you’re lacking in salt. There are different types of electrolytes; potassium, chloride, magnesium, sodium, phosphate, and bicarbonates. The average American has way too much salt in their diet to begin with. It’s true that sodium works to rehydrate you but for the cost of an electrolyte beverage, I’d consider finding one with more ingredients and that includes more of the electrolytes I mentioned above to give you a better range. Also, LMNT is sugar free and if you know anything about fuelling for long runs, hikes, or any prolonged exercise, you will know that sugar is a GREAT way to refuel to keep your body moving. (ALL carbs a healthy and great way to refuel) So for those reasons, I wouldn’t recommend LMNT and I would encourage you to save your money and look elsewhere for an electrolyte beverage

I know i’m like really late to this, but layering the double sided tape and putting it on your natural nail and on the fake nail helps. It’s been over a week and my nails are still on from 3 layers of double sided tape. It may be a bit time consuming, but the results are worth it!

Cute!! Tried to bleach my hair just a little last night so I could do this today! (But I got the violet…. I kind of want to add conditioner to it so it isn’t so dark? I wish I had gotten the lighter purple you have but they didn’t have that color at my local dollar tree) but I accidentally bleached my hair wayyyyyy too much and it’s so blond now!! Kinda nervoussssss but I’m hoping it’ll be a little more subtle like yours if I add the conditioner!

So, I watched your video as well as the other womans and I tried it with the Morovan Base Coat UV LED Soak Off under a completely clear fake nail and it seems to be holding remarkably well... It might have been because the UV light couldn't get through a colored nail that also already had an adhesive on it.

20 - 22oz of water is THE SWEET SPOT, imho!! I'm so glad you tried it!!

The reason why I'm under the impression it didn't work is because the nails were not clear. They were opaque with color and did not have time to cure all the way

Pretty amazing tutorial. What I found works the best is using a glue dot but also adding a swipe of clear nail polish near the cuticle.

I am a light skin (yellow/reddish/light brownish color) Black man. Think of the athlete Steph Curry but maybe one shade darker, if that. My legs havn’t seen sunlight in a couple of years, and so my legs are even lighter. Which color do you recommend for me? Tip- the best glove for me Is the type a dr would wear, it doesn’t soak up product, and it’s just so easier to be able to feel exactly where you’re rubbing.😊

Girl I can’t put lashes on either. I just received my lash kit from lilac street yesterday. Still haven’t tried putting them on yet because I kinda dread it knowing I’ll probably screw them up.
